About Art-Decor & Randolph Algera (24-07-1964)

In 1992 Randolph graduated as master painter and started his own company in 1994 to execute decoration and restauration activities. In the field of restoration this has resulted in winning a hounarable indication of the national prize for painters for the restoration of a church in Overijssel [NL] and several national prizes for the imitation of wood and marble.Theoratical en practical education in the Netherlands as well as in the outside is an important part and necessary to develope and to keep the quality of al the compagnie activities at an high level. 

Since 1998 he has further specialised himself in making paintings on canvas. In 2010 Randolpg started the Master Education [5 years] on the Classic Academy of Arts, Grongingen [NL]. 
Often Randolp is seen by artdirectors as a painter who belongs to the "Northern Realists". His works is sometimes "magic realistic" , even sometimes abstract.

At present Randolph cooperates for mny yeas with his partner Mieke Nijland. She is responsable for the administration and organization of all the activities. Together they built up and give contents to their companyactivities  in restoration, decoration and  art painting.
The work of Art-Decor are widely and varied: small- and largescale projects both in the Netherlands, Europe and in America [USA].

To maintain the quality and the continuity of the artistic level Randolph Algera, supported by a renowed foreign colleague Evan Wilson from the United States, has set up the "W.A.T.- group". 
This group consists international  talented artists with several specialisms in the field of restoration, mural paintings [murals] and decorations and Trompe l'oeil. They have joined their strengths to be able to implement larger projects around the whole world. You can find their work from Los Angeles to Oslo, from Tokyo to New York.
In the Netherlands projects of this group were done under supervision of Randolp Algerah, such as the restorations of the Neo-Gothic  Lambertusbasilica in the city of Hengelo [O], he Pancratiuschurch in Geesteren [O], the St. Joris church in Oosterbierum [Fr], but also many different decorative projects on luxury yachts.
New Design and styles of polychromy and art painting were also done under supervision of and designed by Art-Decor Randolph Algera in the St. Cemnschurch in Steenwijk[NL.] nd the M.O.O. church in Zenderen. The last project will be finished in july 2010.
